Are you not satisfied with the order?
It doesn’t happen too often, but we respect your feelings at all time.
You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded within 5 working days after we’ve received the rope back from you.
Please note: the rope may of course not have been used.
Ps. As the sender you are responsible for the package until it is delivered.
So keep the track & trace code safe until the return process has been completed.
